After graduating from Exeter University Ian trained with a long established commercial firm in the City of London and having qualified specialised in private client work and property representing high net worth individuals.

After several years Ian returned to work in his home town in North Devon and has been with Brewer Harding & Rowe ever since.

Ian has a strong local client base and works in property based transactions, including sales and purchases of farms and agricultural land, business transfers, sales and purchases of hotels and leisure businesses and some residential conveyancing.

He has many sporting hobbies including skiing, alpine walking, cycling, boating and occasional and unpredictable golf!
