Richard Congdon
Solicitor
After specialising in Spanish and Portuguese at university, Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1977. He specialised early in his career in Probate and Tax work. He is a member of STEP (the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners) and of the Law Society’s Probate Section.
Richard particularly specialises in complex and disputed probate matters.
He is a competent speaker of French, Spanish and Portuguese and away from work is an active member of the local Triathlon club and competes in his age group.
