On separation, many families need assistance in making arrangements for children, whether it is with whom the child or children should live with or how often they should see each parent. We can help with these matters as well as advise in relation to emergency situations where necessary.
We also offer expert advice in situations where the Local Authority becomes involved and, for example, apply for the removal of children under Care Orders. With out specialist Law Society Children Panel Members, we can help with the situation before or after any proceedings are started.
Domestic abuse – where protection from harassment, threats of violence is needed or when there is disagreement about who is to live in the family home, we can provide practical and legal advice, including applying for Injunctions.
