Our firm has one of the largest probate and trust departments in Devon and Cornwall and manage from their Barnstaple base a large number of client estates and trusts. Certainty is an electronic Will search and Will registration facility. Changing circumstances, moving to another area, or simply the passage of time can sometimes make it difficult to identify an individual’s last Will and its location. The register records that we are holding your Will at our office, but no-one at the Register sees the Will and we keep it safely for you. We can offer you this inexpensive service when you make your Will.
