Community Legal Service

This firm has held a Legal Services Commission qualitymark since 1995. It is awarded to firms who demonstrate they can provide an assured service, commitment to professionalism and a high level of client care. Audits are carried out annually to ensure these standards are maintained.

Lexcel

The Law Society's Lexcel quality assurance standards are designed to help improve client care through good management practice and efficiency within the firm.

Lexcel has been designed for professional services application so clients can be assured that it examines all legal processes rigorously. Our Lexcel accreditation is independent evidence and endorsement of our commitment to quality improvement. The accreditation is audited by independent assessors annually to ensure these standards are maintained.

The Law Society's Specialist Panels

Law Practitioners can apply to become members of the Law Society's specialist panels set up by the Society to ensure consistency of service and professionalism. Panel appointment is at the discretion of the Law Society subject to suitability and expertise. The Law Society and other organisations also have dedicated sections for lawyers engaged in their particular area of work.
