Greg Cloke

Greg is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who has advised large corporate and owner managed businesses on their transactions and business affairs for many years.He joined BHR from top 60 law firm Clarke Willmott in January 2004.

Greg developed his business acumen as a self-employed entrepreneur in the 1980's before completing a law degree at Southampton University (LLB Hons 2:1) and LPC (distinction) at the College of Law (Guildford).

His previous experiences have proved invaluable in advising businesses both commercially and legally.
