Attendance at Police Station for interview	£400 plus £80 VAT
Advice on charge/requisition received in office	£300 plus £60 VAT
Attending Magistrates Court first hearing	£250 plus £50 VAT
Advice on prosecution disclosure	£250 plus £50 VAT
Preparation of Witness Statements	£250 plus £50 VAT per document
Attending Magistrates Court sentencing hearing	£250 plus £50 VAT
Attending Magistrates Court trial	£1000 plus £200 VAT
Advice on appeal in office	£250 plus £50 VAT

Timescales

While timescales are dependent on the particular case the following is a general guide:-

Police investigation	6 months
Charge/requisition to 1st hearing	1 month
1st hearing to sentence hearing	1 month
1st hearing to trial	3 months
