Insurance

Funding for your claim may be available through your home buildings or contents insurance policy, particularly where legal expenses cover is included. If suitable insurance cover is available, we can assist you in establishing whether it applies to your matter and in putting the cover in place.

Please note that your insurer may require payment of an excess. In addition, our time spent reviewing the policy, liaising with the insurer, and arranging the cover is usually between 2 and 4 hours and will be charged at the hourly rates set out above.

Legal Aid

Legal Aid may be available for certain discrimination claims, subject to eligibility criteria. To assess your eligibility, please contact Civil Legal Advice on 0345 345 4345. If you qualify, they can advise you further and, where appropriate, make a referral.

Please note that we do not hold a Legal Aid contract and are therefore unable to undertake work funded by Legal Aid.
