Greg advises on renewable energy schemes, having extensive experience of exclusivity agreements, options, leases and associated agreements for wind farm and solar park projects.
Greg is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who has advised large corporate and owner managed businesses on their transactions and business affairs for many years. He joined BHR from a top City law firm in January 2004.
Greg developed his business acumen as a self-employed entrepreneur in the 1980's before completing a law degree at Southampton University (LLB Hons 2:1) and LPC (distinction) at the College of Law (Guildford).
His previous experiences have proved invaluable in advising businesses both commercially and legally.
