Robert joined the firm in 2022 after moving to North Devon from the Thames Valley. He has a law degree from the Open University and a masters degree in legal practice from City Law School.
He became a solicitor at a firm in Slough. In his last practice he undertook legal aid work assisting people who were homeless, facing eviction, suffering disrepair in their home and if they were unlawfully evicted. He was also the Duty Solicitor for possession cases at the County Court at Slough attending many hearings with last minute instructions. This has given him a particular insight when addressing possession matters both for landlords and tenants. Robert now assists in all litigation matters, with a particular focus on property issues.
In addition, Robert has also assisted in many employment matters, including settlement agreements, claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, unpaid wages / other benefits along with discrimination. He has assisted in such matters to either early settlement or by bringing a claim.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys exploring North Devon and spending time with his family and friends.
